Something that really made ​​me feel very good in between sneezings was a fantastic documentary about a Sushi Chef from Tokyo. He is +80 and runs the three star sushi restaurant Sukiyabashi Jiro in the Ginza district, where they cook at the ultimate level. There is so much to gain from this documentary so I am almost bliss.
