The first dish is veal escalopes in a nice spice way. Important that you hammer the meat banked before you cook it in butter and en up by adding five tablespoons of white wine to simmer in to the meat. Serve with a vegetable mixture, prepared in the oven while the meat is done. Delicious and easy to do.
In Italy, they love sweet desserts. I am a little bit choosy regarding this part of the meal, so there will be a nice challenge to cook my way through all the exciting desserts next 30 years. smiley
