Milanese Osso Buco

A visit to the local farmer's market inspired me to make a classic Italian dish.

Began by playing some great Italian music to get the right vibes. The big casserole was prepared and we started to fry chopped onions in organic butter. Meanwhile, the pieces of meat rolled in flour is added to the pan and fried. Pour in the white wine that will evaporate and then wildlife stock, together with pepper, basil and chopped carrots. At the end after 1.5 hours boiling in the casserole, complete with one last kiss of good red wine. Add a potato gratin with local goat cheese and enjoy.

How was the outcome? Well, this is the best dish so far in this project and one of the best homemade ever.
