After all the goodies last weekend it's time for a bit pilgrim food. We chose mixed organic beans with homemade vegetable stock, organic cultivated mushrooms, onions, garlic, olive oil and spices. I let them simmer in a saucepan, then into the mixer and ready to eat. It takes only quarter of an hour to make if the stock is pre-made.
