Time for Salmon!
Can it get any better than a bite of lasagne and a good Italian red wine. Perhaps to some surprise, I left out the meat and made a super yummy alternative filled with omega-3 instead.
Took the liberty of mixing marinated Swedish salmon together with fresh Norwegian salmon. In addition I replaced the meat sauce with a blend of Italian tomatoes, ricotta cheese, spinach and lots of fresh herbs. A lasagne that reach the sky. My advice is to dare to be different and always try new combinations ...
