Seafood Risotto in Champagne!
Lovely Champagne risotto!
A super delicious dish with the best ingredients cooked in Champagne. Can it get any better?
Begin by melting the 100g butter in a wok and add 350g risotto rice and let simmer in the butter, stirring occasionally. Then pour in a few cups of Champagne. When the God-given wine is sucked into the rice, it's time to add 1.5 litres of vegetable and fish broth gradually. When the liquid is reduced put your selected seafood into the risotto mixture with parmesan cheese. Low heat until just the right bite is achieved.
