Risotto with salvia Salsiccia sausages
Time for another risotto challenge. This time with gorgeous Italian sausages. Melt butter in a large pan and add the risotto rice, so that all the butter draws into the rice. Cut the sausages into smaller pieces and fry slightly in aanother pan. Previously you prepared 1,5 liter of vegetable broth, which is gradually stirred into the rice. Add the chopped onions and sausages and let the rice simmer, stirring until mixture is developed into a nice creaminess. Incredibly good risotto with a balanced saltiness from the marvellous Italian sausages.
