Hot Smoked Salmon Crêpes
Hot Salmon!
This lovely dish takes maximum 30 minutes to make and is so simple it can be. Start by making really thin pancakes. Crumble the hot smoked salmon and add to the pancake. Roll up and finish by pouring fresh lemon juice on it and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Can be served both hot and cold depending on the mood.
