Tuscany salad with charcoaled grilled chicken

Being all other than chickens!
The world and especially the Libian people, today has something to celebrate. The peoples fight for democracy and freedom is worth celebrating. I admire all brave people that stand up for this human right.

Now to the dish. Use fresh chicken because it's so much better especially when you want to grill! Put the chicken on a charcoaled grill until it has a nice crusty surface and still with no loss of juices from the meat. Mix Mayonnaise and Dijon mustard together with a few tablespoons of yoghurt and mix into the salad. A yummy dish ready to be served in 30 minutes.
